Need support for our traditional software (QuestionBank, MultiQuest, CliniQuest and KeyPoint) or an OMR Scanner and have a support contract, then please get in touch with us also.

Support agreements are available for Scantron OMR scanners and our traditional exam and survey software – QuestionBank, MultiQuest, CliniQuest and KeyPoint. These agreements are tailored to your needs – offering you a combination of hardware and software support, if that is what you need. Agreements can offer limited or unlimited support, OMR scanner maintenance and repair and hardware troubleshooting.

And as all of our service engineers offer integrated support –whether it’s a software or hardware question or a combination, you’ll only need to speak to one person to get the answers you need.
