eSystem 1.5 Update

If we are hosting your instance of the eSystem, then you will be using the latest version of our software.

QuestionBank 3.1.1 Update

Release date: 12th February 2014

Backup your QuestionBank Microsoft SQL Server database before upgrading.

Download and run the installer from the link below, when QuestionBank is not being used and it will update the software. Repeat for each user.

This update will not change any of the program settings or your data.

MultiQuest 3.0.19 Update

Release date: 9th September 2016

Download and run the installer from the link below, when MultiQuest is not being used and it will update the software. Repeat for each user.

This update will not change any of the program settings or your data.

CliniQuest 3.1.2 Update

Release date: 19th March 2014

Backup your CliniQuest Microsoft SQL Server database before upgrading.

Download and run the installer from the link below, when CliniQuest is not being used and it will update the software. Repeat for each user.

This update will not change any of the program settings or data.

Upgrade to version 3 from 1 or 2

Release date: 2014

If you have a current support contract, you can upgrade from MultiQuest 2.x, CliniQuest 2.x or QuestionBank 1.x. Click on the links above to download the relevant installers and contact us for the new activation keys.

If you don’t have a current support contract, you’ll need to buy the upgrades. Get in touch with our team for more details. You can still download the new versions below for evaluation purposes but their functionality will be restricted.

KeyPoint 6.1.0 Update

Release date: 25th September 2014

Download and run the appropriate version installer from the links below.

KeyPoint 6.1 uses an updated version of the scanning module which requires a new scanning activation code. Existing users should contact us for more details.

To find out which version of KeyPoint you are using, start KeyPoint, go to the Help menu and click on About KeyPoint. At the bottom of the About box, it will say the version number and if you use the web/email version.

To update the Data Entry Module, contact our support team.

KeyPoint 6.0.6 Update

Release date: 23rd October 2013

Download and run the appropriate version installer from the links below.

Upgrade to KeyPoint 6

Users of KeyPoint 5 or 5.5 can upgrade to the latest version of KeyPoint.

KeyPoint 6 offers more power, more control and more flexibility, making it easy to create, manage and analyse your surveys. With this release, you can even add barcodes, make your surveys speak and collect responses whenever and wherever you want, no wi-fi required.
