Support agreements are available for Scantron OMR scanners and our traditional exam software – QuestionBank, MultiQuest and CliniQuest. Tailored to your needs, these agreements offer you a combination of hardware and software support, if that is what you need. Agreements can offer limited or unlimited support, OMR scanner maintenance and repair and hardware troubleshooting.

All of our service engineers offer integrated support. So, whether it’s a software or hardware question or both, you’ll only need to speak to one person to get the answers you need.
