The Speedwell eSystem gives exam administrators complete visibility and control during every stage of a written exam. The live exam monitoring view displays each candidate on a separate row, showing their current status and activity in real time. Administrators can drill into any candidate’s detail—including timestamps, IP address and every action taken—making it easy to track progress, troubleshoot issues and intervene when needed.

Searching for a specific candidate or task is straightforward, and actions can be taken instantly, such as restarting an exam for a candidate who has finished early.

Once the exam is underway or completed, the exam audit trail provides a full record of candidate activity. The Delivery Audit tab lists every task on a separate row, with expandable detail for full transparency. A Delivery Audit CSV export is also available, providing a comprehensive log of every action taken by every candidate.
